Project Overview & Architecture

An AI phone receptionist for a home services business. Inbound calls are answered by a Vapi voice assistant on a Twilio number, and when a call ends, a webhook sends the transcript to an Express backend that extracts the caller's intent, requested service and emergency status and stores it in PostgreSQL. A React dashboard shows every call record.
